Otter Creek
John designed and built this house in 1999 to see if he could do it.  He ended up having so much fun, he earned his General Contractor's License and turned over all his real estate business to his then girlfriend Heather.  The rest is history...

The Tarvalier
 John designed and built this house in 2003, putting all his real estate knowledge into trying to create a better 6 bedroom design. The tower is it's most unique feature, exploiting a loophole in the building code to build one a full 4th story tower room.

The Sea Witch
John & Heather bought this house in the fall of 2014, and spent the winter and spring bringing it back to it's former glory after being used for years as student and employee housing.
